Our place is a country property in the heart of the Dry Creek Valley wine country where we grow Old Vine Zinfandel grapes to make estate wine. We like the quiet of country living, though we are located off a road where cars drive fast, so there may be road noise. There may also be farming noise from the surrounding vineyards and winery that is beyond our control. The neighboring winery sometimes has weekend music which usually shuts down by 10 pm. Please be advised we have seen coyotes and raccoons on site, and know of several sightings of mountain lions in the area, so outdoor cooking is prohibited. We can offer a fill up of the sweetest well water you will ever taste though, be advised, it may spoil you forever for appreciating the taste of treated water. We have are a working ranch and space for your rig varies depending on what we are doing, the time of year and weather. So please call prior to arrival to talk about where you will be parking so that we can strategize space or move equipment. Plan to dry camp, since we do not have electric hook-ups. Children are allowed, but they must respect the plants and animals in the area and be supervised at all times. We have not had a problem yet, but children who disrespect the property will be asked to leave with their traveling companions.
