Near Topanga, a jaunt to Malibu, high end mall and movie theaters, and the upcoming Rams practice stadium next to the Village, an outdoor eating experience with shopping. The Metro Orange line is a short 5 minute walk at the end of our street. Take it to North Hollywood to Universal Studios, Hollywood, Downtown LA or all the way to Long Beach Aquarium!

NOTE TO THOSE UNFAMILIAR WITH RESIDENTIAL PARKING LAWS: Please do not park in front of a driveway, a red curb, or park in the opposite of oncoming traffic. We work, so everything is pretty much set up so we don't need to be around for your arrival or departures. You may or may not even see us Just paying it forward to you for the kindnesses we've received. Vans/smaller rigs (with or without slide outs) are welcome in the house driveway (standard but will feel narrow because your rigs are big) level for 10 feet then slopes, the more level gravel driveway at the stop sign, and there's plenty of street parking right in front for the bigger rigs. If needing the street, we will assist by keeping the space blocked using our vehicles and move them when you arrive. Advance notice required for street. Big rigs that need the backyard space will need to only enter during daylight hours with assistance from us. Advance notice required for the private yard parking. For now only 30 feet is left in the backyard. RV hookup for power only in main driveway, but you can run an extension cord over the fence or up the driveway and get water from the hoses if needed. $5/water/day $5/electricity/day. Venmo or cash preferred. Happy to honor he Boondocker policy to work off water and power. We also board pets and can work something out, for rent are two aventon ebikes one male, one female. Strict rules for entering and exiting the gate for dogs or kids. Lock as you enter and leave. Play, swim, climb at your own risk. Scoop your own poop, and pay it forward if you see some we missed. 2010 Ford Explorer available to rent, but metro is a 5 minute walk.

Nothing loud before 8 am or after 10 pm, please. Guests are welcome, just clean up after them as well. No smoking near the house or deck.
