YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY IF YOU ARE LONGER THAN 20 FT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
YOUR RIG CANNOT HANG OVER THE SIDEWALK. IT CANNOT BE ON THE STREET DUE TO CITY ORDINANCES. OUR PICTURE IS DECEIVING AS ONLY 1/2 OF THE PAVED SPACE IS OURS, HENCE 20' MAX. PLEASE HONOR THIS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The space is between our Class B van and our Tacoma pickup.
We are 2 miles from the ocean with ocean breezes, close to many grocery stores, restaurants, parks and San Diego tourist attractions. 7 miles from Mexico. Paved wide drive with a slight slope for your RV (may want to use levelers); if you have a tow vehicle, it will have to be parked on the street. You have access to a fenced front yard and small side patio. Easy access to trolley or bus lines.
Local Attractions: Ocean beaches, marinas, restaurants, city, county and state parks, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park. 7 miles from Mexico. 45 min. to the mountains.

Cristi and Jeff have been happily married since 2013. Between them, they have 4 adult children and 6 "grandies" that they travel to see in Ohio, Texas and Colorado. In addition, they travel from coast to coast and in between for Jeff's musical performances and visiting friends and relatives.
Cristi has previously owned a 30' Winnebago, a Jayco travel trailer and now a wonderful Pleasureway (similar to a Roadtrek) conversion van. She introduced Jeff to this wonderful life style. She is a retired educator after serving special needs children and adults for 50 years. Presently, she is VP of their business, Music from the Heart.
They moved from Cleveland, OH to Evergreen, CO in 2014 lived for 3 yrs in the rugged Rocky Mountains with their two small dogs-Chiweenies-at 9,200' where their neighbors are the mule deer, black bears, foxes, ravens, pine squirrels, mountain bluebirds, many other birds and an occasional cougar. Now, as of Sept.2017, they have returned to Cristi's former home in San Diego, CA
Home Town:
We are both Ohio natives-Jeff from Cleveland, OH and Cristi from a dairy farm near the Ohio River in NE Ohio.
Jeff has traveled to 47 states and internationally with his musical productions. Cristi has worked as an educator in 5 states-including Alaska and retired in 2009 with 50 years of experience. Her new adventure is serving as VP in Jeff's business sharing her healing talents for body, mind and spirit.
We have dual residence in CA and CO..
Favorite Boondocking Locations:
National, State, County and regional parks. We go where Jeff has gigs and we visit (Moochdocking) far flung friends and relatives. We travel on average of 15,000 miles a year.
Skills or Expertise to Share:
Music, music, music! Jeff plays 20 instruments and travels with many of them. Cristi is the "roadie" and loves to cook.

OUR SPACE IS VERY DARK. Please plan to arrive before dark on the FIRST NIGHT to get parking instructions. AFTER ACCOMPLISHED FEEL FREE TO LEAVE AND COME/ GO AS DESIRED.
No smoking on property.
No generators between 9 PM - 8 AM
Parking & Arrival
RIG MUST BE ON OUR DRIVEWAY.
NO OVERNIGHT RV PARKING ON CITY STREETS.
TOW VEHICLE TO BE PARKED ON THE QUIET CITY STREET IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE.
