Working 40-acre pecan orchard, with over 120 various fruit trees and egg-laying chickens. We are a husband-and-wife team who are new to farming. A series of interesting events conspired to bring us across the country from Florida to California to pursue our dream of raising the best pecans possible. Part of that dream was committing to enrich the land around us and take an active part of a tight-knit community. We are pursuing that dream in California’s Central Valley, near the town of Colusa.
