You can park in my driveway in Tahoe Donner community in the city of Truckee. 30-40 minutes from Lake Tahoe, 30 minutes (with no traffic) to ski resorts, from 20 minutes to hiking trails, less then 10 minutes to downtown Truckee.
Only small self contained vans ("Class B").
