About
Unfold your map and set your RV compass to the direction where nature's majesty meets rustic charm. In the heart of the great outdoors, there's a serene sanctuary designed for RV camping enthusiasts eager to breathe in the tranquility of wildlife, indulge in birdwatching, and embrace the freedom of expansive skies. Picture yourself amid 360-degree views that sweep from the Mummy Range to the grandeur of Rocky Mountain National Park, with each sunset painting the red ridges and plateaus in a spectrum of fiery hues. A vast array of natural wonders beckons just moments from your campsite. Hiking trails lace the landscape, guiding you through the splendor of untouched natural beauty, while the tantalizing whispers of waterfalls just three miles away promise an invigorating escape. Anglers can rejoice in the proximity to a Poudre River offshoot, ideal for casting a line in pursuit of the day's catch. But this destination offers more than just nature's bounty. Revel in the delight of farm-fresh eggs and, when the season is perfect, the succulent sweetness of Palisade peaches. For RV campers with a taste for the land's offerings, there might be the chance to savor locally-produced steaks paired with a loaded baked potato, enhancing the flavor of your adventure. Your senses will be enticed beyond the plate, with handcrafted items available that speak to both practicality and beauty. Homemade jelly, soothing soy candles, and hydrating face cream offer a piece of rustic luxury. Collectors will appreciate the range of quality pocket knives, while art aficionados can marvel at original oil paintings, capturing the local landscape in strokes of brilliant color. Please note that a gesture of support in the form of a minimum $40 purchase of goods or donation through PayPal or Venmo is kindly required before arrival to help sustain the wonders this place has to offer. Arrivals are welcomed after 4 PM and no later than 7:30 PMthe time when the gates secure the night's calmand departures are set before 10 AM, allowing for nature's rhythms to guide the experience. Prepare your RV for a stay where the minute hands of clocks are replaced by the fluttering wings of birds, and each breath of mountain air revives the spirit for adventure. This is where the journey pauses, the heart beats in sync with nature, and serenity is generously bestowed upon those who seek it.
