Local Naturally Raised Beef Christensen Ranch is producing beef the way it used to be, and bringing a new level of transparency to the beef industry. They are stepping back to the days when beef came from the ranch next door and consumers were on a first-name basis with their local butcher. Cousins Eric Christensen and Kathy Wood, and their families, are reconnecting customers with the food supply chain, and shortening that chain, to make food a more personal commodity.

Your membership includes an overnight stay at a Host. Extra nights are available at the Host's discretion.

Extra night fee is $25 per night. Tuesday's in the summer are not available. Other seasonal limitations on availability apply.

We offer beef sticks, beef jerky, Christensen Ranch merchandise for sale. Summer sausage and frozen beef sales also available – steaks and ground for your overnight enjoyment. Additionally, we offer tours of a working cattle ranch, feedlot and farming operation.
