Its 40 acres about 5 miles south of Pueblo, Co. The nearest tree is a mile away. This is wide open prairie. If you have a dog be aware that there are cactus plants on this property. Access Road Conditions: This property is about 6 miles off the interstate. The first 2 miles are paved. The next 4.5 miles are hard packed rock and dirt. Its a good road except during or just after a heavy rain or snow. The last 1.5 miles can be dusty. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Its wide open. Its up to you where you park. Feel free to drive on the vegetation (what little there is) to get to your parking spot.
