About
Our home is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the Gunnison River. The views of the Colorado National Monument are stunning. We have a large pond and sometimes nesting wood ducks, koi and a turtle. Often visited by deer, osprey and coyotes. Nearby is downtown Grand Junction, the Colorado River, biking trails and the monument. Grand Mesa has over 300 lakes and the valley is filled with wineries and peach orchards. We only host on weekends.

Directions from here, places to eat, and see in the area. Knowledge of local healthcare, local businesses, Events and Upcoming festivals. Frequent travelers to So. Utah, able to help with travel logistics.
Would prefer late afternoon arrival.

No smoking or fires, we are in a drought. No generators after 9pm. We are very quiet people and dislike noise. Pets must be leashed, we have free range chickens and wild ducks on our pond.
