Brewery owners, Joe and Steph, are retired US Air Force veterans. Upon retirement, they embarked on a remarkable journey living in their motorhome for three years. Their dream of owning a brewery took root during these travels and was inspired by their love of craft beer and the camaraderie of the craft beer community. In 2001, Joe and Steph discovered the perfect location for their brewery in Falcon, Colorado – a diamond in the rough parcel of 13.4 acres with majestic views of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountain front range. With passion and determination, they revitalized the ranch property and meticulously designed their dream brewery. After four years of dedicated hard work, planning, and construction, their vision became a reality. In May 2025, the Brewery celebrated its grand opening. The brewery offers twelve meticulously crafted beers, including German lagers, English ales, and seasonal specialties, reflecting their commitment to quality and elevating every pour to new heights. More than just a place to enjoy great beer, the brewery will serve as a destination, complete with a hops field and breathtaking scenery. Joe and Steph's hands-on approach to every aspect of the project underscores their dedication to creating a unique and welcoming space for beer enthusiasts. Their journey from military service to brewery owners encapsulates a spirit of adventure, resilience, and community-building.
