Newest update for us is that we just had a 30AMP outlet installed for our guests, a couple of months ago we had the gravel replaced and the spot widened, with concrete and not as steep of a slope.
Back in parking for trailers. Left side slide outs can be used.
Pull in parking for RVs. Right side slide outs can be used.
The very max that we can handle is up to 28 feet. We will not be able to approve any rigs that are longer.
Suggested Local Attractions:Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Cliff Dwellings, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, US Olympic Training Center, Olympic Museum, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, lots of parks and hiking opportunities.

Quiet and laid back.
Details:
Semi-Retired, my wife still works full time. I love to fish, whether from a boat or from the shore, wife loves to sit back and relax from either location and enjoy the outdoors. We love having family come over for BBQ's or to just hang out and reminisce. We love to go for rides to see new places or take the Side by Side out for some off-roading in the mountains.
Home Town:
I'm from the west coast, my wife is from the mid-west, and we have called Colorado Springs home for over 25 years.
