About
Whether traveling North or South, the Mannderosa is right off the highway with plenty of room to park your rig for the night. Enjoy a beautiful view of our horses and waterfront.
There is a state park nearby that has a dump station during the open season. There is room for more than one rig, however, preferred a single rig unless it is a small group together then exceptions can be made. There is 50 Amp for one.

Hi We are Don and Cathy from Connecticut. Don is a retired scientist and keeps busy with our property and I am semi-retired from Healthcare IT and in my "spare time" I resell on various resale platforms. Married in 2019 we started RVing to enjoy our retirement and visit our children and grandchildren. We look forward to sharing our home to those on the road!

House Rules
Animals and children are welcome. Visiting the horses or taking a walk down to the water is preferred before dark. Be careful with animals and children with the horses, they are friendly but should be supervised by parents and animals should not be allowed near the horses unless leashed.

We have options for parking Grass and Pavement. Check in with us to determine best place to park your rig. There is plenty of room for your rig and tow vehicle and for turn arounds.
