Three 30-amp electric sites with Water, summer only, Dump station on premises. Summer only, access to bath and shower. Laundry available for a fee. Good Public Fishing Boat ramp within one mile. Town has an award-winning Museum, Good local restaurants, Walmart/food market nearby.

I'm retired from the building trades. Delaware gives me the freedom to do what I like. I work on classic & antique cars, do some gardening, and have no problem wasting the day away in my shop. My wife and I like to travel in our small RV. We also have traveled to Europe; we have many friends around the country and around the world. Though we speak only English, we find ourselves being to be able to communicate somehow wherever we go. We are friendly and easy to get along with, and enjoy meeting new people.

No Generators EVER. No smoking in Buildings, Pets must not disturb other campers, Parents must take full responsibility for their children.
After arrival, communicate, your needs, for laundry, Dump station, Showers use. We are retired and someone will be available on site or by phone if we go out.
Parking & Arrival
Other than your RV, there is additional parking for a boat trailer or extra car, but it may not be by your RV. Depending on the size of your TRAILER, turn around space may be limited.
