I hate to say I can no longer have any stay overs. I’m working on trying to delete my account now I had a neighbor call code enforcement and they came out and said I can not have people staying overnight in an RV in my driveway. So I’m sure they will be watching me now.

I do live on a dead end street, so you will need to be able to back in. If towing, may need to unhook 1st. have plenty of room to park. I did own a 40' 5th wheeler and had no issues here, driveway is about 45' wide and 90' long

I'm not a dog person, if one dog barks here, every dog within hearing range will start barking. So I ask no dogs at all, even if it stays inside. No real place for kids to play, so no kids would be the best. I do have up to 50 amp power if needed, so best to not run a gen set. No hurry to check out at all. There is room for your awning if backed in and you can set out if you like, no fires please. I can e-mail you pic's of my driveway if you like.
