Welcome to my beautiful land on a dead end street :) We have 30 peaceful acres which we homestead on. We can accommodate large groups, just message me. Beautiful field and forest to camp in. Close to beaches & outdoor activities. Great for families. No city pollution so the stars are amazing at night, great for photographers! There's also lot of wildlife here. My land has 2 water supplies. One creek that lines the north side and one on the east side which is just a tiny moving stream. The woods are dense so bring boots if you want to take a hike! In addition, if you'd like to just pull into the driveway and pitch a tent for the night, we could work that out. Feel free to pitch tent in whatever open area you like. Will have water out there in a week and will continue to work on the sites! Come and enjoy southern hospitality and enjoy everything the emerald coast has to offer. Groceries & supplies close by. Pitch your tent, go fishing, head to the beach or spend the day thrift store shopping. Walk around the historic downtown Defuniak Springs. One of only two completely round natural springs in the entire world. Defuniak Springs has an amazing Farmers Market every weekend along with fun activities for all ages. Lots of lakes and rivers with easy kayak and boat access. We're between 3 really large national forests and just north of the Choctawhatchee Bay which is famous for Crab Island and the Destin Harbor. The panhandle has it all! We are brand new and looking to know what you think...I am always up for hearing some feedback and ideas! Look forward to seeing you soon! RV Dump Site - 2 Miles down the road, Sunset King Lake Campground for a small fee. Or you can stop at the rest stop and empty for free. Located 3 minutes from hwy 90 and 10 minutes from i-10. Dollar General market 2 miles away. Just 30 minutes north of some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. 30 minutes from Ponce de Leon Springs and 20 minutes south of Alabama/FL border. Other notable locations include: Pensacola 1 hour. Panama City Beach 1 hour. Tallahassee 2 hours.
