Welcome to my beautiful land on a dead-end street :) We have 30 peaceful acres which we homestead on. Beautiful field to camp in. Close to beaches & outdoor activities. There are deer here, so in the mornings, you might catch a glimpse! I haven't mowed yet for the season so there are some tall grasses up there right now along with short. No toxic spray anywhere on land. No city pollution so the stars are amazing at night, great for photographers! There's also a lot of wildlife here. My land has a water supply in the driveway if needed, make sure to turn it off. In addition, if you want to park in the driveway, make sure you're out of the way. Feel free to pitch a tent in the field to the right of the driveway. Come and enjoy southern hospitality and enjoy everything the emerald coast has to offer. Groceries & supplies are close by. Pitch your tent, go fishing, head to the beach, or spend the day thrift store shopping. Walk around the historic downtown Defuniak Springs. One of only two completely round natural springs in the entire world. Defuniak Springs has an amazing Farmers Market every weekend along with fun activities for all ages. Lots of lakes and rivers with easy kayak and boat access. We're between 3 really large national forests and just north of the Choctawhatchee Bay which is famous for Crab Island and the Destin Harbor. The panhandle has it all! Located 3 minutes from hwy 90 and 10 minutes from i-10. Dollar General market 2 miles away. Just 30 minutes north of some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. 30 minutes from Ponce de Leon Springs and 20 minutes south of Alabama/FL border. Other notable locations include: Pensacola 1 hour. Panama City Beach 1 hour. Tallahassee 2 hours.
