Our "Big Rig" space is level and shown in picture of office front door. Guests with RV trailer or 5th Wheels exceeding 48 feet (including tow vehicle) are asked not to request a reservation as there is limited room for maneuvering and attempting to park would be dangerous. Park RV behind the front yellow line to avoid conflict with customer traffic departing exit gate. Tow vehicle & a vehicle being towed MAY be disconnected and parked in office parking lot (in space immediately next to "Manager's Parking Space"). Upon parking but before set up go to office to check in. No outside cooking. Please use pads if extending leveling jacks. Motor Home quiet generators allowed after 8 a.m. and before 8 p.m. No portable generator use please. Space has 1 RV pedestal outlet box with 50 AMP, 30 AMP & 20 AMP receptacles. If outlet is used there is a fee of $14 per day & includes WIFI (password will be sent by text after paying for electric). If desiring extra night(s) and/or electric outlet use PLEASE call office during office hours (9-5 M-F; 10-1 Sat.) prior to arrival to provide credit card info to allow charge PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. You may also drop credit card information in the office front door mail slot with your name and item(s) you are paying for, e.g., 2 extra nights plus 3 nights electric if you arrive after office hours. Water is available from hose by caretaker house garage door. BUT DO NOT PARK IN ENTRY DRIVEWAY TO GATE OR GARAGE DRIVEWAY; ONLY USE EXTENSION HOSE TO FILL YOUR WATER TANK IN "BIG RIG" PARKING SPACE! Contact Host staff re: additional information on services offered. The ideal arrival time is between 1 p.m.-4:45 p.m. M-F and between 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Sat. Office closes on Saturdays at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. M-F so please arrive before these hours unless later time is arranged by calling or emailing office staff. Dogs are welcome but please walk DOGS ON A LEASH and only around retention pond alongside main roadway, NOT THE RETENTION POND NEXT TO CARETAKER HOUSE AND BEHIND FENCED-IN AREA AS ALLIGATORS INHABIT THESE WATERS. Please do not have pets outside of RV when parked in space except to walk to pond area. Dogs (or any pet) are not allowed outside RV if RV is inside our facility's gated area i.e., when you are dumping tanks or using self service wash bay. Check-out time is 11 a.m. and earliest check in time is 1 p.m. unless using our RV Wash Bay; then earlier check in time is possible. Call Staff regarding arrival time.
