I have room for one Class B in my back yard. Easy access to I275 10 minutes from downtown St Pete and about 30 minutes to beaches.
To get to the parking there is a narrow ally so class B is the only rig that will fit.
Water and 15amp power available (no dump) for a small donation.

House Rules
Pretty easy going single dad and we take a lot of weekend trips so those can be hit or miss,
I am in a neighborhood with close neighbors, with that being said generator use should be limited when possible and should be cut off before 7pm.
Multiple nights available and come and go as you please, just be mindful of noise at night as kids are around.
It's close to downtown and Ubers are cheap, would have to drive to beach but totally worth it. About 20 minutes from Fort Desoto.

There is a dirt ally for access to the parking, not a lot of room but can accommodate a class B (towable RV's and class A RV's will not fit)
