Located on Hunters Lake in Spring Hill, Florida. All paved roads in and easily can maneuver a 40 to 45 foot rig into level paved parking spot. Power 115v upon request and fresh water can be provided. Water upon request only front outside garden hose on side of house. Have septic to dump for those who are interested a $10 donation and please let me know to flush after inside. Do have cashapp and zelle for payment.

You will have total right side of the driveway farthest from the house next to garage. Located on long paved driveway towards back is a picnic bench feel free to use.

-No generators after 9 pm -Arrive anytime just let me know but try to leave by 10 am. -Clean up area if picnic table is used and please only smoke in vehicle. -There is a tenant inside the garage so be mindful of noise but can hang out outside rig and in back yard to see lake. Lake if full can be accessed by canoes and kayakes from backyard but lake is low right now from drought.
