We are located in Port Charlotte, FL near Gulf Coast of Florida. Centrally located for attractions, waterways/canals and beaches. Lots of boaters come here for free boat launch access points. Our home is modest with a simple cement driveway plus gravel area to accommodate rigs up to 25 feet. We do have accessible front yard grassy area for overflow parking as need.
