This is a concrete driveway next to my house. It is plenty long but you will have to be able to back in without driving on the neighbors or my grass. If you are towing a trailer and can't back it up, this may not be the place for you. The driveway is 16 feet wide. Nothing fancy but it is a safe neighborhood and there is lots to see and do here. I have a fenced back yard so the dogs can run, 50 amp hookup in garage but you will need a standard cord plus a standard extension cord to reach it. Quiet gennys are fine. I also have tools and a full shop here so I can help with emergency repairs. Suggested Local Attractions:Swim with the Manatees, Charter a fishing trip, Bring your Kayaks, Walk or Bike the quiet streets.

Quiet time is 10PM. Don't bother the neighbor's. Pets and children are welcome but must not be left unattended. Please Plan to leave by 9am unless you ask. I may need to get equipment out of my driveway. (Asking is fine and if I dont need equipment that day staying later is fine) I did not request a hookup donation but if it's hot and you are running multiple AC units it would be nice to offer.
