About
Greetings. ..PLEASE read our full descriptions & house rules.. Please see all photos.......We are about 6 miles north off Folkston, Georgia. 301 hwy 23 ..We have been a very popular stop over and we have met such wonderful people. We enjoy being a host here in Georgia and when we lived in Vermont. We have beautiful sunsets 🌄 and sunrises ❤️. We have ten acres & we are out in the country. It's rural here. People love it. * We are looking for an RV repair person. Tt.. roof inspection etc.... also perhaps an electrician, painter, carpenter or a landscaper at times... Check in with us if you could help will pay.. The back portion of the property (behind our home) is clear, with plenty of room to swing in and park for some. If you are towing a vehicle behind your RV, please unhook off property before entering the private road.... we have mowed walking trails. Our sights are not always level. 🛑Sorry no wifi, no campfires. No generators at all.. please don't ask.. 😁 *➡️🚂The train track is not far from here (about a mile), and we can hear the trains. 🚂 Csx.. **Looking for someone that could take Arial photos with a drone. We put in a new road and driveway that leads to the campsites.. !!!!!! READ THIS 👀⬇️ *➡️Please tell us in your request👁️ as to what kind of site you need! If you don't your request will be denied..it's because we are on the go and we can't go back and forth with questions...Choose one of the following.... 1. 🌴DO YOU WANT A Dry camping spot??? The first night is always free when dry camping (no utilities/ boondocking), we ask for any donation past the first night.. Woods? Or open space? 2. DO YOU WANT A 30 amp Electric site??? 💡 We ask for a $15 donation per nt. * Please bring correct cash, we don't have change.. 30 AMP SPOT: Please bring your adapter if you are 50 amp. we are 30 amp only. *TURN YOUR BREAKER OFF before you plug in and unplug. NO switch at the 30 amp. We ask everyone to be energy efficient... Please do not plug into electricity if you are not on the electric site. • 💦Our water is not potable here (sulfur)..Bring drinking water w. you. Fill your tank before you come. Please Do not fill your tank here before you go, you can use what you need while you're here...we are on a well/pump and we are limited w. water tyvm. If you need a jug of drinking water just let us know, we have drinking water inside the house. • We would like to send the directions via phone number text. The GPS will take you most of the way, but NOT ALL OF THE WAY to our home..You will have to read old fashioned directions to avoid steep RR tracks and to get you here safely. Located 6 miles from Ace hardware..Please don’t end up at our neighbors 😬 we have really good directions for ya. Good signage. Its super easy!! • 😀*Prefer cell phone # text for communication instead of the hh or bw app..Approx ETA is appreciated so that we can plan our day around your arrival. •self-contained units only….
