About
This is an off grid property adjacent to my home. It is north of Bonner's Ferry, ID and borders the Kootenai National Forest. Attractions include fly fishing trips down the nearby Kootenai River, hikes in all directions through the mountains nearby, ATV trails, Snowmobile trails etc. The site is about 3.5 miles up a forest Service road at an elevation of a bit over 3000 ft. Please make requests 3 days in advance.

I and my wife are retired. We travel from time to time (currently in a 2022 Heartland North Trail 25RBP) We live off grid in the woods with all the amenities of city life. We have big dogs and a little one. We have deer that think we are family. A bear or wolf will visit on very rare occasions. We have Terra-formed our property to add a flow through cold water pond housing our pet trout.

No hunting within a mile of the property. (We feed several families of deer) Alcohol is discouraged. You pack out your waste and leave the site clean for the next guest.

Nearby parking is casual... your in the woods. Access roads are dirt and gravel. a couple of short, steep sections (150 ft?)
