We apologize we will be hit and miss this year, we are starting a new project. Quiet country setting on two acres, adequate privacy and parking, with a fantastic view. Close to large cities, the Potato Museum, Craters of the Moon National Park, Lava Hot Springs, it is a 3 hour trip just to reach Yellowstone National Park or Grand Teton National Park so we are on the way to it. Dogs MUST be kept on a leash, no exceptions. Fair Warning: Also this is personal, private property, and weekends are precious to "working stiffs" we may, occasionally, play music in a large building, that echoes, we are respectful and the music goes from 1920's to modern music. Suggested Local Attractions: The Potato Museum, Craters of the Moon National Park, Lava Hot Springs, Butterfly sanctuary, TV museum, Museum of Clean, we are on the corridor to Yellowstone National Park or Grand Teton National Park. 2+ hours from the beautiful Shoshone Falls and Shoshone Ice Caves, 45 minutes form the American Falls Dam with Awesome views and fishing. Close to shopping and a great public golf course.

The list of house rules are due to experiences of unbecoming guests, you know, the ones who ruined it for everyone else. Dogs must be kept on a leash, if for some magical reason it gets loose and attempts to chase our outside cat, adios amigos! Do not intend to arrive before 3:30pm or after 6:30pm, we don't care how good you can drive, its called an accident for a reason.. If there are more guests/pets than what is in your profile, please let us know, we have had some real shockers. No video recording on the property, its creepy, it's private property and it's just not allowed. We don't want to be part of the YouTube/TikTok life, most of it is funny, just not for us. If you're going to Smoke, Do it inside your rig, with the windows/vents closed, or go for a drive and enjoy one. Do not release any grey water or any other kind of water, on the property, gross. There is a NEW dump in town by the Airport and it's FREE, to our knowledge. Checkout is usually 10:00am, unless it has been a fun/party night, then we're pretty flexible. We like to visit and be sociable, so get your stories ready. We may enjoy a game or two, we also enjoy a cocktail or two, or a good Moscato, So don't be a stick in the mud, this is supposed to be an adventure to meet and enjoy folks and the surroundings.

Access Road Conditions: All roads are paved. There are sharp curves for Combined RV's over 75'. Trees/Wires will not affect rigs under 14-15' tall. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Generally somewhere close to your rig, but there is plenty of space.
