I am on a 1.5-acre hillside lot overlooking the City of Boise. I have a great view. Hiking, paddling the Boise River, or riding bikes on the Greenbelt are all only 5 minutes from my home. I have two private home pickleball courts that would be available to play on. I can hold two to three 22-foot camper vans—no hook ups. My house is at the top of a steep hill so winter months can be tricky. Roads and weather forecast will have to be clear for snow.
