Rural wooded area located on a private 5 acre pond and only a few miles off the Interstate 80 plus lots of local amenities just minutes away to include Walmart and Dollar general. Less than 30 minutes from Starved Rock State Park and the Hennepin Canal. The opportunity for fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, motorcycling, ATVing, and pretty much any other outdoor activity is close by. Small hometown shops and restaurants close by for shopping and meals or drinks at the local craft pub
