About
We live in Litchfield, Illinois on the Mother Road of Route 66!!! We are halfway between Springfield, Illinois and St. Louis, MO. About forty miles from both. We have a Route 66 museum in Litchfield and the historic Ariston restaurant. It has been in the same location since 1929 and was a stop for travelers then and still today!! There are many things to see in both directions!

We have been married for forty six years. Have been horse riders and camper for over thirty years. Making some changes without the horses. Have a 35 ft toyhauler to haul gold wing. We raised strawberries for 24 yrs .. I have also been a chimney sweep and we have worked with the public!! Looking to traveling to see grandkids and this beautiful country. Enjoy meeting like minded folks .we life (3)three miles from I 55 east on Illinois route 16. East of Litchfield is a creek bottom as you get to the top of the hill we are the FIRST driveway on the right. NOT the first road We have roomfor a small group if you are traveling together . We have used Boondockers welcome and have made some life time friends!! We enjoy meeting new people ! May have a fire and play (make) some music !

Parking & Arrival
I have a circle drive around a machine shed . Have room to back into a rock parking lot. Then could park a couple of rigs in the driveway around the shed. Would prefer that once you are in the main driveway to stop and figure out which way around the building would work best for your rig.
