Our home rests on 2.3 acres of semi-rural country. We're the last (10-home) subdivision before complete farmland in Hamilton County. Located 5 miles from historic Noblesville IN, 4 miles from Koteewi Adventure Park/Nature Center and 8 miles from the Ruoff Music Center (aka: Deer Creek) this idyllic property shares a fence with a working equestrian center, so you will most likely hear and see horses. We can provide 30 amp service and potable water if needed. Asphalt parking pad.

It's a sharp turn off the main road onto the lane (paved) and another onto our paved drive way. We pull a 28' Travel Trailer and get in and out without getting onto the grass, generally.
