About
We are located 2 miles south of the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Hampton,Iowa. We have an acreage with 30 amp available.We are also only 3 miles from Beeds lake state park.

Mari and I are semi retired from northern Iowa. We have 4 grown children and two grandsons so far. We like to travel but until recently (August) have owned and operated a small fishing resort in northern Minnesota which limited and directed most of our travel. We don’t travel with pets anymore, to much trouble. We travel usually in ether or 38’ 5th wheel or 30’ airstream although we also have 6 vintage campers which is a hobby of mine.
