Quiet Neighborhood in a small town. Parking is in on the side of our driveway, shaded by trees. Restaurants, gas stations, free dump station, parks, trails, bowling alley, 3 golf courses & shopping all close by. Within an hour of Des Moines area, Cedar Rapids & the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area. Just over 30 minutes to Ames.
