18 acres of land featuring a limestone quarry pond, perfect trees for hanging hammocks, flat ground for parking vans and so much space for the community.
If you’re interested, we are happy to coordinate introducing you to our small herd of alpacas and Great Pyrenees dogs.
The Waypoint is a wanderer’s respite in central Iowa, 18 acres of land celebrating Iowa’s natural and agricultural beauty. Wide open spaces, a peaceful quarry pond — a perfect place to recharge before you continue on your journey.
The Waypoint is located just five minutes off the interstate but is perfectly peaceful. Head to the town of Earlham to fuel up, grab some provisions, and enjoy local coffee.
