We have a nice country spot 2 1/2 acres on a paved road surrounded by wheat fields and the Kansas Turnpike to the west. We do back up to the Kansas Turnpike so you will get noise from the traffic. Suggested Local Attractions:City of Wellington Lake. Wellington Family Aquatic Center. Panhandle Railroad Museum. Chisholm Trail Museum. NDGA National Glass Museum. 30 minutes from Wichita Kansas and 30 minutes from Winfield Lake.

Access Road Conditions: There is access to our property from a paved road. There are posts 14 feet apart at the end of the driveway. You must be able to maneuver your rig through. We would appreciate RV's not be any longer than 30 feet due to turnaround area. Longer vehicles may be accommodated on an individual basis. Please let us know. Generally campers back out of the driveway. There is a possibility of turning around in the yard as long as it hasn't rained recently.
