35 minutes from downtown Louisville, 20 minutes to Bardstown. Close to Bourbon trail, beautiful sunrises/sunset from the top of the hill. Water is available but would need a very long hose to hook up, can fill tanks or use as needed.

I move a 34 ft motorhome and 20 ft trailer in and out easily, turning onto our road might be an issue for large rigs, but I think it's doable reach out to confirm/show satellite imaging to determine if its a problem.
