We are a disabled veteran and woman-owned operation based on our small farm in Louisiana. This is where the family is so after years of travel and living around the world we came back home. We do miss living in the Caribbean though. We bought this small farm in Aug 2023 and have been working hard to increase our production of fruits, berries, pecans, and produce. We offer Freeze Dried Candy and Treats in addition to our offering of jams, jellies, and preserves, also fresh produce, blueberries, blackberries, and fruits available when in season. The garden is massively expanded this year and we have a permaculture expert assisting the growth. The first 2 new beehives are now on the property so honey will be available late fall. We are now offering our link sausage in 1 lb packages, our spice mix, with no MSG, fresh eggs (18 pack) and freeze dried eggs in packages of 6. We have added precooked freeze dried hiking meals in 2 person serving sizes, breakfast, lunch/dinner and desserts. Just add hot water to re-hydrate for an on the move meal. U-pick it blueberries and blackberries will start in May and run through August. We are now offering freeze dried fresh meat and veggie treats (human grade) for your fur babies, no preservatives or additives, grain free. Just good clean healthy treats, beef liver, sweet potatoes, carrots, chicken liver, chicken breasts, and pumpkin and chicken breast combo. We have a propane grill with fuel, fire pit and bench for guests use as a convenience. Wood bundles available for a small fee, we provide the first bundle as a gift to our guests. We also have cornhole and washers games available for guest use. The beehives will not be close to the RV area but we want folks to be informed as to our honeybee presence. Come check out the buzz.
