Country location on main state highway (Rt 35). Situated on the edge of a 40 acre field of rolling hills and western sunsets. Parking is next to a small garage with 30A. service. Hosts are in house across lawn area. Small above ground pool available in summer. Walks to river or in field.
Suggested Local Attractions:15 min. from Kennebunk/ 25 min. to Kennebunkport 15 min to Biddeford, Sanford stores.

No grey / black water discharge. No dump station available. Emergency water available only.
No generators after 8 PM. No loud parties in parking lot after 9 PM. Please clean up after pets and keep them leashed.
