About
Property is level and well drained in rain. Parking is back in only, into wide drive-way at right angle to road. Only one house beyond us on road so no traffic on the dead end road. Shielded from main Rd. by row of trees, that keeps the road noise and wind down. Guests are welcome to use our covered, screened in Gazebo, with propane grill inside or sit outside and enjoy the weather. Water, from house spigot, but will need extra hose to reach. Elec. also may need extra extension cord. Or you can run a generator 2 hours in the mornings, 8:00-10:00 and in the evenings, 5:00-8:00. Plenty of sunshine for those who have Solar. Dump station at park site. No room for awnings. Plenty of parking on property. Well behaved pets, on leashes, welcome. Please clean up after them Suggested Local Attractions:We are located just 20 minutes from Tax Free shopping in North Conway NH. and the White Mountains with many sites and attractions to be seen, all with-in a days drive. If you like to hike the White Mountains have thousands of hiking trails for all abilities. Scenic drive, include the famous "Kanc" and the three Notch drives, Evans, Pinkham and Crawford Notch. Attractions for all ages from train rides to water parks and theme parks all just a days drive away.

Craftsman, Guitar Picker "Extrodinair", Trades-man Details: I am retired plumber of 20+ years and worked as maintenance in campgrounds, in summers since early retirement 8 years ago. Love to tinker on our Vintage "Egg Campers" and play guitar. I also keep busy being a Host to a Fiberglass Camper Rally, held each spring, in NH. called the Spring Fling in New England Rally found on FGRV. Wife, retired from Police Dpt. 7 years ago and is a gardener and home keeper. We both love to shop for bargains and thrift shops and love to enjoy quiet nights reading. Home Town: Gerry grew up on the coast of MA and my wife, Barb, grew up on the property that our house now sits on, here in Brownfield ME. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Any quiet National or State Park where we use our golden age pass. Skills or Expertise to Share: I can always think outside the box and repair just about anything in a pinch. Also played guitar in bands for a few years back in the day Country music or 50's rock was our style. Also love to cook and share a good meal with friends.
