Union village is 1.5 miles away and has a full service grocery, bank, post office, library, and 3 restaurants. There are 2 lakes in town for swimming and boating. Trout stream borders property.
Our parking area reasonably secluded as trees block view to road. Water point is next to parking location. Extension cord will be needed to reach electric outlet in barn. There is a campground with a pay-for-use dump station 3 miles away.
Suggested Local Attractions:30 minutes to Belfast, Camden or Rockland. Acadia National Park is 2.5 hours away. LL Bean is 1.5 hours distant.

Retired couple who enjoy travel, camping, hiking, kayaking, gardening, and music.
Home Town:
We live in Union, which is a rural community in Mid Coast Maine close to Rockland, Camden, and Belfast. And 2+ hours north to Acadia National Park and about the same distance south to Portland. LL Bean is 1 1/2 hours away. Our town has a trout river and several lakes for swimming,kayaking, and boating. The town has a full service grocery, library, post office, banks, 3 restaurants.
