Boondocking site 50 miles west of Detroit near Chelsea Michigan. Many guests visit the Henry Ford Museum and or Greenfield Village Suggested Local Attractions: Our township is made up of 50% state lands. Lots of lakes, hiking trails and boat launches and pan fishing. Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village is 45 minutes away, Canada is 1 hour away.

!!!!! Important Instructions! !!!!! Upon arrival, when turning into the driveway to the campsite you will need to be heading West. If you are headed east when you arrive at the campsite driveway, continue East 1/4 mile to the Bakery and turn around in their parking lot and come back to the campsite driveway. You will be turning left into the campsite driveway. A RIGHT TURN INTO THE CAMPSITE DRIVEWAY IS TOO TIGHT FOR MOST RIGS. Follow the driveway about 300 feet until you come to a hedge row of trees and brush, turn right and you will see the electric box about 150 feet ahead of you and park accordingly if you intend to use the electric. Note as you are coming in the building on the Left is my neighbor, you will want to stay to the Right. If you think you might want some help, call me in the morning with your ETA. The campsite with electric is, usually available, and will be assigned to the first member who requests it. Sorry I have no way to inform you the electric site is available until you request a site and then I will let you know as soon as possible
