Welcome to 4 Ponds in Hart Michigan (Asparagus Capital of the World). We recently purchased the property which contains 9 acres and 4 small ponds. My wife and I are in the process of returning it to native prairie and meadow. She just recently planted 50 new trees (Shagbark Hickory, Tulip, Basswood, Quaking Aspen and Maples) all native to this area. We have a mowed walking path around our property that measures about 1/2 mile that you are more than welcome to use. We are excited to share our little piece of heaven with you and hope you enjoy your stay. We are about 1.5 miles from RT 31, 9 miles to Little Sable Lighthouse and 5 miles to Silver Lake State Park which has awesome sand dunes and great views of Silver Lake and Lake Michigan. There is a dump station on the way to our property at the BP gas station. They charge $5.00 as of June of 2024. Suggested Local Attractions: We are about 20 miles south of Ludington and 35 miles north of Muskegon

Access Road Conditions: All paved roads up to our driveway. Driveway is not paved (sand and grass). One spot is to the right of the driveway set in and amongst birch trees and is accessible by smaller trailers. The space by the pond is accessible for larger rigs. Tow Vehicle Parking Details:

Generator use is limited from 7am to 10pm. Pets are ok but please make sure you clean up after them. Stays are limited to two nights per visit. No smoking on property
