Shady woods on a quieter no-wake lake up north.
Suggested Local Attractions:Elk Park, cute downtown, lol Walmart boondocking nearby also. Many golf & ski resorts, lakes, rivers. Willing to shuttle kayaks/canoes as long as I have the time to paddle too.

No smoking on property, no leaving trash behind - walk area please, you are responsible for your groups safety & health, attend fire at all times have bucket of water on hand and put out all fire well.

Access Road Conditions:
Off gravel road it's pretty well maintained. One taller hill on Lippard, can avoid by going on other access road. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING CALLED "TRAIL"--soft sand ATV/snowmobile trails. Tow trucks might not go back there.

Park closest to main road, renters get spots closest to house and halfway up.
