Located on the southern edge of the quaint (turning 150 years old in 2023) and quiet town of Blanchard. We have a large lot is a quiet neighborhood. There are open fields across the road from us. "Downtown" Blanchard (3 blocks north) has a grocery store, party store/gas station, bank, post office, and bar. You can spend time strolling the main street and stop in to shop at Loafers Glory, Time 'N Again Resale and Consignment, Best Friends Antiques, or Chamber Lane Resale shop. Explore the Millpond Park (2 miles north). Several events are held there during the year. There is also a dump station there. We have a 14 year old Cocker Spaniel, Sam. We welcome pets that are behaved and friendly. You may want to leash your pet, as we have neighborhood dogs that do occasionally wander into our yard. There are 3 wineries within 30 minutes to the west. There is a casino 25 minutes to the east.

You may park on the north side of out yard by the unattached garage. There is a 30 amp service and water hookup, should you need those. You may pull through from either Maple St or Ward Rd. Our drive is off of Ward Rd. There is no shade, but usually has a breeze. Generators are allowed 8am to 10pm. We do have neighbors, so we ask that you are aware of that.
