This small acreage property features a large, level area to park, and a paved entry off a paved county road. Nearly adjacent to the "Luce Line Trail" which is a walking/biking trail that goes for many miles. A short walk to downtown Watertown which features 4 restaurants, and is located on the Crow River (with its park and fishing hole). Watertown is 10 miles from Lake Minnetonka, the MN Landscape Arboretum, golf courses and even a hospital. Suitable for folks passing through this part of rural/suburban Minneapolis.
