Parking on level tar driveway. Must be able to back in off of street. We have 15 amp electric available but no water or sewer hookup. If generator is used must shut off by 9 PM. We live on a scenic private lake. Enjoy the view or catch some panfish from shore if you have a Minnesota fishing license. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please contribute to the quiet. Suggested Local Attractions: We are near the St Croix River in Stillwater. Take a scenic ride on one of the river boats.There are bike trails near our home that go to St Paul and Stillwater. Electric bikes can be rented at two places in Stillwater. About 30 miles to Mall of America,Twins and Vikings. Property is on small private lake with lots of wildlife.
