The Farm is located at 2387 Gillogly Rd. Carlton, MN 55718. If coming from the South on I-35, take the County Road 4 Exit (#227) for Mahtowa/Wrenshall. Follow CR 4 East 4.3 miles, then Turn Left on Gillogly Road. If coming from the North on I-35, take the Hwy 210 Exit (#235) for Carlton. Turn left on Hwy 210, go underneath the interstate, and then hang a right on Hwy 61. Take Hwy 61 South for 2.8 miles, and then turn Left on Gillogly Rd. Go south 2.7 miles and turn right at 2387 Gillogly Rd.

You need to sign in at 2387 Gillogly first. Most Folks prefer to park their rigs up in the summer pasture that is accessed through the double green gates at 2327 Gillogly Road. You can pull through these gates and then swing around so that you are pointed in the right direction when you leave. This area is exceptionally well-drained, but in extremely wet conditions we may have you park at the farmhouse.

This is a working farm and you are engaged in Agritourism. Minnesota Law provides extensive immunity from liability for Agritourism activities. Yker Acres is one of only a few truly pasture-based Hog ranches in the US. We have hundreds of pigs on-site year-round It might smell funny sometimes, there may be animals mating, and you might hear sounds that are straight out of Jurassic Park. You are welcome to walk anywhere on the farm where the sun shines. Please stay out of buildings and off of equipment and vehicles. Do not chase the animals. If you sit quietly inside the poly wires, the pigs will come to you. All fences are to be assumed hot, and you will not like touching them. If a gate is closed, please close it behind you. If it's open, leave it open. Make good choices! Purchase pork or schedule a sauna session at check-in.
