TheHatchPad is 3.55 acres located ¼ mile off the Natchez Trace Parkway. This is a BACK-IN SITE that has 50A/30A/20A, water pressure is regulated to 65 psi and GRAY WATER ONLY drain. We have and use Verizon and C-Spire on our property. We get 2 bars of Verizon 4G LTE on our phones. Guests with AT&T say they get a good signal. WIFI is available. Suggested Local Attractions: A small restaurant/boat landing/convenience store on the Pearl River, Ratliff Ferry Trading Post. https://www.facebook.com/RatliffontheRiver/, is located not to far from our property. The above restaurant is a local hangout, burgers, steaks, fried foods, live music, bottled/can beer and a bar. Thur 5p-11p, Fri 5p-12a, Sat 8a-12a, Sun 8a-5p. A 30 minute drive will take you down the Trace to one of our favorite restaurants Mama Hamil's (Southern Cooking) http://www.hamils.com Served buffet style with salads, vegetables, meats, breads, deserts, drink and sales tax included in the price. No smoking on property. Smoking allowed inside your RV or on the county road. Responsible alcohol use okay. No running generators 9pm-7am. Don't want to upset the neighbors. Propane, charcoal or wood pellet grills allowed. NO charcoal grill use if we are under a burn ban. We have a full size front load washer and dryer available for use. They are in the shed on the right. There is a large green and yellow garbage can at the guest site for your use. Please bag all trash. We love pets. If you have pets just be aware that there are several local dogs that run free and our property has not been fenced yet.

Access Road Conditions: ¼ mile off the Natchez Trace Parkway. Paved county maintained roads up to the crushed limestone driveway and parking. Site: BACK-IN site located on the left side of the driveway by road. You can use the driveway if you cannot back into the site. Just leave enough room for us to park our cars between you and the road. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Anywhere on property.
