Two acres with lots of trees. Sunny or shaded spot as preferred. Creek runs behind property. Fireplace in primary campsite with lots of local firewood—Burn all you want. Less than a mile off interstate. Newly opened (Nov 21) Pilot truck stop at exit. Auto diesel available at front pumps. No RV island, dump or propane. (Propane fill available nearby at great rates however). Stated 2 max units. but could easily acomodate 5 or more class Bs or small motorhomes (Navion/View...) if caravaning, and pure boondocking. Well behaved pets welcome off leash anywhere on property. My co-host Daisy (pictured) is pretty much a free range dog. Suggested Local Attractions: 35 miles to Downtown Kansas City. Good base camp to explore all KC has to offer. St. Joseph MO, Weston MO, Atchison KS or Leavenworth KS offer a lot for history buffs, less than 40 minutes away.

Access Road Conditions: Asphalt street to house. Grass with some gravel in circle driveway around house. 4 inches of gravel under grass in center drive. Nice crown makes it easy to level side to side. I do try to keep walnut tree branches in north drive from hanging too low, but they sometimes get ahead of me, so watch those. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Circle driveway (all the way around house) can accommodate toad without disconnecting if preferred. Otherwise, very flexible—fully shaded spots anywhere out back.
