50 acre ranch bordering Clark Fork River. Fishing, floating, hiking/walking and wildlife viewing opportunities. Located one mile off I-90. 20 minute drive to Missoula (attractions, shopping and services). 10 minutes to Rock Creek with Blue Ribbon fishing, Big Horn Sheep viewing and hiking. Fuel, groceries, bar/cafe near by.

Retired but active professionals, fun seekers, bicyclists, hikers, pickleballers, fishermen, etc. who enoy seeing new places and meeting/visiting with new people, at home or on the road. We love the concept and convenience of Boondockers and utilize when traveling in our RV with our Ebikes and old lab.
