Parking is next to my barn where someone can plug into 110, $4 reimbursement for 110V electricity , $6 if you are able to use AC. I have water available, but not right at the parking site. Access shouldn’t be a problem for average size RVs, up to, but no over 40’…that’s 40’ TOTAL, truck and trailer. I’ve set a 40’ limit because a truck and smallish trailer will be able to access the site if the driver has good backing skills. However, A 40’ MOTORHOME WILL NOT WORK HERE…PLEASE DON’T ASK….AS MANY HAVE 🙂. You need to back in to get to the spot. Very good backing up skills a must. My home is intown Durham, close to UNH and there’s 10 acres out back for dog walking...off lease if well trained. Contained Firepit is OK as long as there isn’t a fire ban. 10 miles from Portsmouth NH and the beaches, about one hour from the mountains.
