The property sits on 3+ acres, was previously the home of a farmer, who had 60+ acres next to us and is Farmland preserved to our left and to the right is 25+ Acres of woodland preserved property. Generally It is very quiet. Although, I do rent out a building to a Landscaper who comes onto the property every morning, to get his equipment, and load up his trucks. His employees park in the back area as well. You can pull down the driveway, there are trees on both sides, (see picture) RV's over 10.5 feet will hit the top of the trees. There is room to back up and pull out. Enough parking for 2 depending on size. Mostly level stone area. The yard is in the woods, so expect to see Deer, Wild Turkeys, Fox, and other animals, with that said, there could be ticks. Six Flag Great Adventure, Hurricane Harbor and the drive-through Safari are 20 minutes away. The closest Jersey Shore beach area is 30 minutes away. Philadelphia and NY city are both 90 min. away. There are plenty of local walking and hiking trails, at Turkey Swamp Park, and Manasquan Reservoir. I can provide you information and directions if needed. When making your request please include the approx. time of arrival, and the amount of vehicles that will be coming in. We have Electric and water, but this is available on a first come first serve basis.
