Absolutely no truck-trailer combinations please. Our site requires a tight 3 point turn around. Only Class B, Class C (25’ or less) or Pickups with campers. Our site for your RV is next to our SECOND driveway. Please don’t park in front of the garage doors. Instead use the gravel area to the east side of the concrete pad. Please don’t pull your RV into our primary driveway. We need to get our cars out. If you provide me your cell number, I will text you a photo of the parking area. It’s clearly marked for you to access. Please don’t try to back down the driveway. Just drive down to the shop and turn around, there’s plenty of room for a small rig to maneuver. Again, please don’t block any doors to the shop. Park on the gravel to the east of the concrete pad. We offer you safe place to stop in Albuquerque. Our home is on .89 acre. We have a fairly level spot on our second driveway available for a small Motorhome. Sorry, but trailers can’t maneuver in our tiny turn around area. We limit guests to Truck/campers or Motorhomes no longer than 26’. Narrowest width of the driveway is 11’. We can easily drive our own 24’ motor home into this space. We do have a spotter help with turn around. PLEASE have a spotter help you turn around. If you are alone we are happy to help you. I’m happy to help you with our 100’ of fresh water hose to fill your freshwater tank from the faucet on the west side of the house. We have hard well water. 30 amps is available on the shop. Husband works weekdays and gets up with the roosters, so we go to bed at 9pm on week nights. After 9pm please keep your conversations low (in spring, summer & fall) as most of us in the neighborhood sleep with our windows open at night. Typically it cools down quickly at 5,890 ft elevation and after you’ve cooled off your rig with a.c., fans should suffice. Ultimately we want you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay with us. If you need a.c. all night, please use it. IF YOU DON’T HAVE TIME TO LEAVE A REVIEW, DON’T PLAN ON RETURNING. EVER. A small donation towards electricity is greatly appreciated. Typically we have extra room in our trash cans for a kitchen size bag of trash, please check with us first. Pets are welcome, but strictly on a leash. Our street is quiet, but neighbors SPEED by and they don’t expect dogs in the front yard or on the street. Please pick up after your dogs. Please don’t request a stay with us with the intention of leaving your pet in your RV while you go sightseeing. We love our dogs, but we (and our neighbors) don’t want to listen to your dogs barking while you are away. We have a lovely front courtyard to visit with you if you’re interested in socializing. Depending on weather, feel free to put out your awning, roll out your carpet, open up your slides, and use your lawn chairs in the driveway of the shop. Absolutely no outdoor cooking please! We have wonderful restaurants here in Albuquerque. Look East to the mountains at sunset as the Sandia’s turn pink! Suggested Local Attractions:Sandia Peak Tramway is minutes away. Sandia Crest, Historic Old Town, National Museum of Nuclear Science and History, NM Museum of Natural History and Science, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Hispanic Cultural Center, RT 66, Tinker Town, Zoo, Bio Park, Aquarium. Santa Fe is 45 minutes north on I-25! We have many delightful and delicious restaurants.

Absolutely no ladders or climbing onto the roof of your RV on our property. No Repairs to your rig while on our property. No smoking on property. No illegal drugs. Pets must be under your care for the entirety of your visit with us. Pets always leashed. No children under the age of 5 please. Please only run generator no more than 30 minutes and not after 9pm. Quiet time is 9pm on weeknights. We are very aware of fire risks here in the desert. Please no open flames. New Mexico is currently under high fire alerts.

Access Road Conditions: Paved roads with speed bumps. Paved driveway and gravel driveway. Driveway is suitable for a small 25’ or smaller RV to turn around only. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: A truck and trailer would not fit at our location. Turning around would be very difficult. A RV towing a small car might work, but please disconnect vehicle prior to parking in the driveway.We are easily able to get our 24’ motor home into this space.
