About
In the desert of extreme SW New Mexico ringed by mountains, close to the Chiricahua mountains that are 9,700 feet in elevation. Famous by birdwatchers and naturalists. It is a dark skies area where up to 70 astronomers stay. The Chiricahua Museum has live reptile exhibits and an Apache History building. I am building a sustainable vernacular homestead. I have well water and electricity for lights from my solar system. Birds, lizards, and mammals are friendly so no pets that will scare or eat them are welcomed.
